From our internal testing we found that using a PC/Laptop works best and will work in Chrome & Microsoft Edge browsers, including signing a signature using the "draw" tool. We also tested using both Android and Apple phones and found that it works best if you download the PDF first then fill in.

Android – requires a PDF app eg Adobe Acrobat to be installed to be able to fill in the fillable fields.

Apple 

- Choose ‘Autofill’ for adding in details e.g. name, address, numbers etc.

- Deselect ‘Autofill’ to allow selection of tick boxes.
