From our internal testing we found that using a PC/Laptop works best and will work in Chrome and Microsoft Edge browsers, including signing a signature using the "draw" tool.

We also tested using both Android and Apple phones and found that it works best if you download the PDF first and then fill it in.

Android

– Requires a PDF app eg Adobe Acrobat to be installed to be able to fill in the fillable fields.

Apple

- Choose "Autofill" for adding in details e.g. name, address, numbers etc.

- Deselect "Autofill" to allow selection of tick boxes.
