The balance of the site consisted of the original Gisborne Sheepfarmers warehouse, and the original Sheepfarmers manager's residence. In search of a use for the warehouse, Peter came across the Self Storage industry. Contact was made with a consultant, who put together a plan to convert the site into a self storage facility.
